摘要
对DOE技术在驾驶室悬置隔振设计中的应用进行了研究,提出将正交设计理论与ADAMS中的DOE技术相结合的方法。建立了参数化的整车模型,介绍了所提出方法的基本思想和实现过程,结合典型商用车全浮式驾驶室悬置隔振系统与主悬架系统的参数匹配问题进行了DOE计算,并给出了改进方案。
The DOE technology is applied to the vibration isolating of cab suspension system in this paper, It puts forward the method of combining the orthoplan theory with DOE technology in the software of ADAMS. After setting up a parametric vehicle model, it introduces the basic concept and the practical course of this method, then it studies the parameters matching between the full-float cab suspension and the suspension system of a typical commercial vehicle. As a result, the improving scheme is advanced.
