摘要
柴油机排放控制是目前柴油机技术领域关注的焦点,柴油机排放的难点在于控制NOx和PM。对于NOx,目前最主要的手段是采用EGR。本研究工作在一台增压柴油机上进行,得到了不同工况下柴油机排放污染物的分布情况及不同的EGR率对排放浓度的影响。通过采用电控EGR技术,在其他排放污染物增加不多的情况下,使NOx降低27%。
Emission control is now the focus of diesel technology development, NOx and PM are the most important ones to be solved. For NOx ,right now,the most eftective way is the use of EGR. This test was done on a turboeharged diesel engine, through an experimental investigation,the exhaust emissions under variety of operating modes and different EGR rates were examined. The results show that the exhausted NOx emission is improved about 27% and other emissions increased a little at same time.
