根据气体软氮化特征分析了其机理及组织特点,研究了球墨铸铁曲轴气体软氮化的工艺,氮化后变形、性能变化等。

The principle and the characteristics of gas soft-nitriding technology are analyzed according to its property, and the process of the surface heat-treatment on nodular cast iron crankshaft by using gas soft-nitriding as well as the deformation and the changes in property after nitridiny are studied in this paper.
