摘要
通过对球墨铸铁曲轴样本检测数据的统计分析,建立了曲轴硬度和抗拉强度线性相关的数学模型,探讨了以硬度检测值预测抗拉强度结果,从而可节约检测资源。
Based on statistical analysis of sets of data from nodular cast iron crankshaft stylebooks, the linear correlation model for the rigidity and tensile strength of crankshaft is established in the paper. A feasible route of saving testing resources is also discussed by predicting tensile strength with the testing values of rigidity.
