我国工程项目管理规范的比较研究

A Comparative Study of National Standards for Construction Project Management

分析了现行的有关工程项目管理方面的国家标准。通过比较研究,发现对同样“项目经理”的责、权要求不同,容易造成认识上的混乱,不利于项目经理开展工作,特别是我国加入WTO过渡期即将结束的今天,要求工程项目管理工作与国际接轨,对此更应当严肃对待并引起足够重视。提出国家标准及相关文件对项目经理责、权应统一表述的建议。

In this paper, through analysis, the author holds that the national standards impose different responsibility and power on a project manager in the same item, which can easily cause much confusion and make it difficult for constrt,ction project manager. Especially when our country should contact with international standards in the construction project management, our country should attach importance to the problem in the ending WTO days of transition. The author also suggests that the national standards, imposed by The Project Management and other legal papers, should be consistent and integrated in the items.
