《图书馆理论与实践》核心著者的分析研究

Analysis of Kernel Authors of Library Theory and Practice

刊物核心著者分析研究的最终目的就是选拔学科人才。利用综合指数法,依据发文量和被引量分析研究了《图书馆理论与实践》1994-2005年的核心著者,结果表明:该刊的核心著者群整体的素质较高;宁夏自治区的图书情报科研活动比较活跃;该刊在择稿上唯质而论。

The analysis and study of Journal kernel authors is just for choosing the leaders of an academic discipline. On the basis of the number of published articles and the frequency of their being cited, kernel authors of Library Theory and Practice （1994- 2005）were analyzed and studied with comprehensive index method. The result shows the kernel authors of Library Theory and Practice possess higher personal diathesis ;The intelligence scientific research movement in Ning xia Autonomous Region is active, and the editors of Library Theory and practice merely choose papers that are of higher guality.
