A Quick and Polutionless Extract Process of DNA from Fish' s Spermary

鱼类精巢一般作为废弃物处理,鱼精中含有大量的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA).DNA在医药上具有多种用途.本文研究从鱼精中提取DNA的工艺过程.提取率为15%～25%,成品DNA纯度为96.85%,本工艺简单、快速、无污染,适合于工业化生产DNA.

Fish's spermary contains a lot of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and has been treated as garbage. DNA has many uses in medicine. In this paper, we have studied the extract process of DNA from fish's spermary. The extract percentage is between 15% and 25% and the purity of DNA is 96.85% .This process is simple, quick and polutionless and suitable for industrialized extract of DNA from fish's spermary.
