摘要
研究了超声波对不同藻类的即时去除,证明超声波可以安全、高效地去除藻类。5min的超声处理后,藻液的颜色明显从绿变黄,吸光值下降。80kHz超声作用9min即可降低铜绿微囊藻细胞浓度25%左右,并且去除过程符合一级动力学反应规律,速率常数为0.03006/min。在80kHz的频率下,超声处理的最佳功率为80w,最适宜温度为24~33℃。在输入总能量相同的条件下,增加处理频次,更有利于藻的即时去除。超声频率越接近藻的固有频率,去除效果越好。
The ultrasonic removal of various algae species was studied. The results confirmed ultrasonic was a secure and effective way to algae removal, About 25% algae were removed by 9 min's irradiation of 80kHz ultrasound, and the process followed the first order reaction, and the rate constant was 0.03006/min. The optimal working power was 80w, and the optimum temperature was 24 -33℃ under 80kHz, The increasing of the treatment frequency is propitious to the removal of algae at same inputting equivalent energy condition.
