摘要
该文对高炉煤气洗涤废水混凝工艺与缓蚀阻垢剂协调性进行了研究。实验采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)为混凝的处理药剂。针对高炉浊循环水存在的缓蚀阻垢成分,实验研究了上述三种药剂与缓蚀阻垢剂的相互作用。结论表明:在相同的处理成本下,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)表现出卓越的除浊性能,与以锌和聚合磷酸盐为主要组分的缓蚀阻垢剂协调性最好。
The mutual influence between coagulation and scale and corrosive inhibitors during the treatment of washing water of blast furnace gas in bench and full scale was studied. PAC,cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide were used as coagulants. According to the components of scale and corrosive inhibitors in wastewater, the experiments investigated the interactions between the three coagulants and scale and corrosive inhibitors. The results showed that in the same cost, cationic polyacrylamide exhibited excellent performances in turbidity removal and coordination with scale and corrosive inhibitors, which had the main components of zinc and polymeric phosphonate.
