热应激对肉仔鸡小肠显微和扫描结构的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨热应激对肉仔鸡小肠形态和机能的影响,对热应激肉仔鸡小肠进行了显微结构和扫描结构的研究。结果表明:热应激可以导致肉仔鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛顶端轻微破裂、肠绒毛局部区域的水肿、断裂和成片绒毛严重缺失的现象。同时,热应激严重的改变了肉仔鸡小肠绒毛和肠腺长度,并导致肠道淋巴组织发育不良。 Research was done on the effect of microscopic and scan construction of small intestine of broiler in experimental heat stress. The result showed that heat stress induced tops of villus of duodenum, jejunum and ileum slight fracture, edema, rupture and absence of villus in local parts. At the same time, heat stress can change the length of villus and gland small intestine in broiler and induce lymph tissue in intestine hypogenesis.
