拖拉机多段液压机械CVT的建模及控制仿真

摘要 建立了多段液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)的数学模型,用于控制系统开发。根据HMCVT分流传动和结构多变的特点,将其分解为传动轴系统、变量泵-马达系统、离合器系统和控制系统,运用动力学原理建立了详细的数学方程。应用Matlab仿真软件,构造了多段HMCVT变速过程所有状态的计算模块,仿真了在控制系统作用下无级变速和换段的动态特性。对比试验表明,模型运行稳定、能有效表达HMCVT的动力学特性,可作为无级变速控制算法开发的软件及硬件在环仿真基础。并指出了一些控制系统开发中值得研究的问题。 A mathematical model of the multi - range hydro- mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) is developed for use in control system development. According to its characteristics of power split and variable structure, the model divides the HMCVT into axes set, variable displacement pump - motor system, clutch set and control system. Detailed mathematical equations are established by using the kinetic principle and modular method. By means of MATLAB software, the dynamic characteristic of automatic speed changing and ranges shifting is simulated. Contrasting with the test, it is proved that the model is efficient and stabilization. The model is used as a foundation of the software simulation or HIL simulation in the development of HMCVT control algorithm. Some available issues of control system development are also reported.
