摘要
文章以某一个时期内国家利益的重要性等级及实现顺序的不同为依据,把中国在“冷战”后时期的国家利益划分为发展利益、主权利益和责任利益三个层次,以此为出发点,重点探讨“冷战”后时期发展利益在中国国家利益中的地位与作用,以加深对邓小平提出的“发展才是硬道理”这一命题的深刻理解。
According to significance and the order of implementation at one stage, the national interest of China have been graded into development interest, sovereignty interest and responsibility interest. From the perspective, this article mainly discusses the status and function of interest of development in national interest of China, and contributes to the profound understanding of the issue on ＂No De velopment, No Surviving＂, which is advanced by Deng Xiaoping.
