摘要
角色扮演作为体验式教学法的一种形式,正在被广泛地应用于管理教学领域。它克服了单一讲授式教学模式的许多弊端,着眼于学生素质、能力的提高。文章通过对角色扮演在HRM教学中的运用及成效的阐述,分析了将角色扮演等体验式教学法应用于HRM教学的可行性和有效性。
As a form of the experience teaching method, the role play is widely being applied in the management teaching domain. It overcomes many disadvantages of mere traditional teaching method,and focuses on the enhancement of students' quality and ability. By expounding the utilization and resuit of role play in the HRM teaching, this article discusses the feasibility and validity of experience teaching method in the HRM teaching.
