摘要
高校推行双语教学改革是教学科研与国际接轨的重要途径。文章在运用SW OT分析法归纳影响高校实施双语教学优势、劣势、机遇和威胁的基础上,运用李克特量表法测定了影响双语教学各因素的权重值,确定了影响高校组织实施双语教学的关键因素,同时提出在推进双语教学过程中应该注意的问题。
