我国非营利组织发展模式探析

On developing model of non-profit organizations in our country

文章通过分析我国非营利组织发展的现状,在借鉴国外相关理论和实践经验的基础上,认为目前我国非营利组织在政府主导下的被动发展模式不能适应其长远发展的要求,并从宏观上构建了一套我国非营利组织的发展模式,同时结合我国非营利组织目前的发展环境,提出了其具体发展的渐进式的三个阶段。

By analyzing the current situation of the non-profit organizations in our country and drawing experiences accumulated theoretically and practically, this paper gives the idea that the non profit or ganizations in our country are now under the leadership of the government and they are in a negative developing model, which is not the very developing model for our non-proflt organizations. At the same time, Ibis paper further puts forward three gradual three stages of the concrete development.
