摘要
文章针对国家人事部下发的《国家公务员通用能力标准框架(试行)》中所要求的“心理调适能力”的标准,重在对其核心要素的把握,提出了便于公务员培训考核的心理调适能力要素指标体系。该体系主要由认知能力、情绪控制能力、意志力和社会能力等四个要素组成,各要素均有多项具体指标。公务员增强心理调适能力的途径主要是增强自我管理能力、组织的积极干预措施和社会的心理健康咨询。
This paper is targeted at the norm of the psychology adjustment ability demanded by the National Public Servant's Universal Ability Norm Framework issued by the National Ministry of Personnel, and focus on the understanding to the essential factor. The article puts forward the norm system of the essential factor in the psychology adjustment ability which is convenient to the public servant's training and assessment.
