Timeliness: a key factor to the college journal development

文章指出时效性是影响高校学报发展的重要因素,分析了影响学报论文发表时效性的因素,并根据高校学报的实际情况,提出提高学报论文发表的时效性和保证学报健康有序发展的若干对策。

Timeliness is a key factor to the development of college journal. The causes of impacting the timeliness in paper publication are discussed from three perspectives, namely, the system, the contribution types and the paper evaluation. Then, based on the current situation, the countermeasures are given so as to improve the timeliness and ensure a sound orderly development of college jour nals. Experience shows that these countermeasures are feasible.
