摘要
建设创新型城市是顺应我国经济社会发展和总体战略需要的必然选择,青岛市具有领先一步进入创新型城市行列的条件,但也存在一些困难和不足。青岛市应当在立足本市实际的基础上,发挥地方特色,推进创新型城市建设。
The construction of innovation-oriented city is the natural choice to comply with the overall economic and social development in China and the strategic needs for Qingdao. There are some advantages in the lead entering the ranks of innovation-oriented cities and some difficulties and shortcomings too. Based on the realities of the city, Qingdao should have its local characteristics and promote the construction of innova tionriented city.
