摘要
对抗旱性不同的3个草莓(野草莓、宝交早生、索菲亚)品种进行8d水分胁迫,研究了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和抗坏血酸(Vc)等生化物质与草莓抗旱性的关系.结果表明,草莓随水分胁迫时间的延长,叶片中SOD活性先升后降,MDA含量先降后升,Vc含量则始终下降;抗旱性较强的品种SOD活性、Vc含量变化大,MDA含量变化小,抗旱性弱的品种则相反;SOD活性、Vc含量与品种抗旱性呈正相关,MDA含量与品种抗旱性呈负相关.
This paper studies the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonaldehyde (MDA) and ascorbic acid (Vc) on the different drought resistence of pot cultivated strawberries in the condition of 8 day water stress.The study shows that the activily of SOD tends to descend after rising,the content of MDA rises after descending while the content of Vc descends with the lengthening of water stress.In the high drought resistent varieties,the activily of SOD and the content of Vc change remarkably while the content of MDA changes little,and vice versa.These biochemical indexes and their changes can be used as basis to identify the drought resistence of strawberries.
