链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠肝脏G6Pase mRNA表达的变化

摘要 建立糖尿病大鼠模型并将之分为正常对照组和糖尿病组。饲养2周后取出肝脏,以半定量RT-PCR方法测定肝脏G6pase mRNA的表达,蒽酮比色法测定肝脏糖原含量。结果:糖尿病组肝脏G6pase催化亚基及转运亚基mRNA的辉度高于正常对照组(P<0·05),而肝脏糖原含量低于正常对照组(P<0·05)。结论:在糖尿病状态下肝脏G6pase催化亚基及转运亚基mRNA表达均增加,使得6-磷酸葡萄糖向葡萄糖的转化增加,从而肝糖输出增多,由此可见肝脏G6pase表达的增加在高血糖形成中起到了重要作用。
