甲状腺功能亢进突眼征眼部生物学测值与血流动力学相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进突眼征眼部生物学测值与血流动力学的关系及临床意义。方法选择临床确诊为甲状腺功能亢进突眼征患者,采用CDFI超声诊断仪观察眼球及球后组织的回声和血流情况,同时进行眼部生物学测值及视网膜中央动脉血流动力学参数测定,分析正常对照组与甲亢突眼组视网膜中央动脉血流参数和眼部生物学测值的相关性。结果甲亢突眼组CDFI显示视网膜中央动脉血流收缩期峰值速度增加,舒张期血流速度降低,球后二维超声测值有显著变化(P<0.01),而眼球本身测值无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺功能亢进突眼征视网膜中央动脉血流变化与球后生物学测值变化呈正相关,同时随时间的推移球后生物学测值变化更明显。 Objective To discuss the relationship between ophthalmic biological numerical values and hemodynamics in Graves' disease with exophthalmus and their clinical significance. Methods The eyeballs, retrobulbar tissues and blood flows were examined on color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in 81 Graves' disease patients with exophthalmus (G D E group) . The biological numerical values and the hemodynamic parameters of the central retinal artery (CRA) were measured. The relationship between the biological values and the hemodynamics were compared between the G D E and the normal control (N C) groups. Results Compared with the N C group, the peak systolic velocity (P Vs) was increased, the peak diastolic velocity (P Vd) was decreased in the CRA and the retrobulbar data were changed significantly (P〈0.0l) . The eyeball data changes were not significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions The CRA blood flow had positive correlation to retrobulbar tissue numerical values, along with time increase.
