摘要
目的对健康成人志愿者拇指固有动脉进行脉冲多普勒超声检测,发现并了解其多普勒频谱的周期性变化特点。方法观察、记录并测量3种不同呼吸状态下拇指固有动脉的多普勒频谱流速和阻力指数的变化周期、变化值,并进行对比研究。结果共探测健康成人62例,其中男性35例,女性27例,年龄22~39岁,平均27岁。均顺利完成检测。拇指固有动脉的收缩期峰值流速、平均舒张期流速具有周期性变化的特点,3种不同呼吸状态下的变化周期分别为(11.81±1.95)s、(12.04±1.89)s、(11.78±2.10)s,经统计学分析差异不显著。结论拇指固有动脉血流频谱的周期性变化特点为该动脉本身所具有,非呼吸运动所引起。但频谱形态受呼吸运动的影响。
Objective To detect and observe the right thumb proper artery (RTPA) using the ultrasonic diagnosis device and to find Doppler wave features of time-dependent periodical changes. Methods The circulation time and the Doppler wave velocities and RI in three different breathing conditions were measured and compared statistically. Results Totally 62 healthy people including 35 men and 27 women (age range, 22-39, mean 27) were detected successfully. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), mean diastolic velocity (MDV) had the perioditory characteristics along with the 3 stages of respiratory cyclic changes. The time was 11. 81±1.95s, 12.04±1.89s and 11. 78±2. 10s respectively without significant difference. Conclusions The Doppler features of the RTPA belong to the arterial own cycle which does not mean the result of respiratory effect, but the morphology of the Doppler spectra are really to be effected by respiration.
