经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜良性病变的价值

Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Endometrial Benign Lesions

目的评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCD)诊断子宫内膜良性病变的临床价值。方法回顾性分析69例经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCD)诊断子宫内膜良性病变患者子宫内膜的声像图及血流动力学特征,并与子宫内膜诊刮病理及宫腔镜检查进行对照。结果超声诊断符合率89.8%(62/69),其中子宫内膜息肉12例;子宫黏膜下肌瘤19例;子宫内膜增生过长31例;正常子宫内膜分泌期改变7例。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCD)是一种有效的诊断及鉴别诊断子宫内膜病变的检查方法。

Objective To evaluate transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonographic （TVCDUS） diagnosis of endometrial benign lesions. Methods Sixty- nine patients underwent TVCDUS. The ultrasonographic characteristics and hemodynamics were retrospectively analyzed and compared with respective endometrial pathologic and hysteroscopic results. Results The results were consistent with pathology and hysteroscopic findings with 89.8% （62/69） including 12 cases with polypi, 19 with submucous myomas, 31 with endometrial hyperplasia and 7 with normal secretion. Conclusions TVCDUS in an effective method applied for diagnosis and differentiating endometrial benign diseases.
