加味痛泻要方治疗临床腹泻型肠易激综合征

Clinical Observation on Jia Wei Tong Xie Yao Fang(加味痛泻要方) for Treatment of Diarrhea with Predominance of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的观察加味痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法根据诊断标准选择147例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,运用加味痛泻要方治疗85例,并与思密达治疗62例作比较。结果治疗组痊愈51例,显效25例,无效9例,总有效率89．41％,与对照组总有效率72．58％比较,两组之间有显著差异(P<0．01)。结论加味痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of jia wei tong xie yao fang for treatment in treating diarrhea- predominant of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods According to the diagnosis standards of diarrhea-predominant of itfitable bowel syndrome, 147 cases were selected, and divided into 2 groups（ treament group and eontrol group）. They were treated with jia wei tong xie yao fang. and Smecta respectively. Results the total effectiveness of the treatment group was 89.41% , the eontrol group was 72.58 %, there are remarkable difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion the clinical effects of jia wei tong xie yao fang is significant in treating diarrhea-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome.
