干细胞移植治疗肝衰竭的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 “20世纪是药物治疗的年代,21世纪却是细胞治疗的年代”,干细胞的出现验证了这观点。干细胞是目前细胞工程研究最活跃的领域,随着基础研究、应用研究的进一步深化,这项技术将会在相当大程度上引发医学领域的重大变革,它已成为21世纪生命科学领域的一个热点。干细胞(stem cells)是指具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体,即这些细胞可以通过细胞分裂维持自身细胞群的大小,同时又可以进一步分化成为各种不同的组织细胞,从而构成机体各种复杂的组织器官,医学界称之为“万用细胞”,
