内皮素系统与卵巢功能

摘要 内皮素是哺乳动物体内新发现的一类生物活性肽,内皮素及其受体广泛分布于动物体内多种组织和器官,以旁分泌和自分泌方式参与机体各系统的功能调节。卵巢中存有内皮素及其受体,内皮素对卵巢的内分泌功能、卵泡发育、排卵、黄体生成及溶解等各种功能均起着重要的调节作用,并与卵巢疾病的发生有着密切关系。 Endothelins(ETs) are a newly identified family of bioactive peptides in the mammals. ETs and their receptors are present in a variety of tissues and organs. They regulate various functions by autocrine and paracrine manners. The presence of ETs and their receptors in ovary contributes to the regulation of endocrine, follicle development, ovulation, corpus luteum formation and luteolysis, and may also play an important role in the development of ovarian diseases. The mechanisms might be in relation to PKA and PKC pathway.
