疏血通对急性脑梗死抗凝血素抗体的影响

Blood level of anti-prothrombin in acute cerebral infarct and function of Shuxuetong injection

目的探讨疏血通对急性脑梗死扰凝血素(凝血酶原)扰体IgG和IgM的影响。方法酶标方法测定68例急性脑梗死患者外周血抗凝血素抗体阳性表达率,68例分为疏血通治疗组与对照组,治疗前后测抗凝血素抗体。结果疏血通明显降低急性脑梗死患者血抗凝血素抗体阳性表达率(P<0．01)。结论疏血通注射液可能抑制抗凝血素抗体的活性,从而抑制血栓形成而达到治疗目的。

Objective To study on blood level of anti-prothrombin in acute cerebral infarct and function of Shuxuetong injection. Methods Blood anti-prothrombins（IgG and IgM） in 68 patients with acute cerebral infarct were measured by ELISA. 68 patients were divided into two groups which was respectively treated with Shuxuetong injection and without Shuxuetong injection. Anti-prothrombins（ IgG and IgM） were measured by pre and post-treatment. Results Blood anti-prothrombins（IgG and IgM） level in patients was decreased after Shuxuetong injection treatments（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Anti-prothrombins（IgG and IgM） play an important role in the pathology of acute cerebral infarct;One of the molecular mechanism of therapy on acute cerebral infarct may inhibit activity of antiprothrombins（IgG and IgM） and thrombosis.
