CD44v6和c-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达

The expression of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 in human endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨CD44v6和c-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达与临床病理各因素间及与预后因素的关系。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测48例子宫内膜癌(其中腺癌38例,鳞腺癌9例,内膜鳞癌1例)中CD44v6和c-erbB-2的表达,分析与内膜癌的临床及病理各参数的关系。结果(1)CD44v6和c-erbB-2着色部位主要在细胞膜,细胞浆基本不着色或着色较浅,细胞核被苏目素复染成淡蓝色。(2)CD44v6阳性表达为31／48,c-erbB-2阳性表达为38／48。(3)CD44v6在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达与癌细胞的分化、临床分期无关,与肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈负相关,在鳞腺癌中表达较腺癌较高;c-erbB-2阳性表达与组织学分级密切相关,分化程度高的c-erbB-2表达相对较高,而与临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移无关。(4)CD44v6与c-erbB-2的阳性表达率之间无相关关系。结论CD44v6和c-erbB-2与内膜癌的转移与预后可能相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between the expreesion of CI）44v6,c-erbB-2 and the clinicopathoiogical factors of endometrial carcinoma,and the relationship between the expression and the prognosis. Methods The immunohistochemical S-P method was used to study the expression of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 protein in cases,including 48 endometrial carcinoma（including 38 adenocarcinoma,9 adenosquamocarcinoma, 1 squamous carcinoma） and the relationship between the expression and the clinicoparhological factors of endomerrial carcinoma was analyzed. The daras were analyzed statistically. Results （ 1 ）The staining reaction of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 protein was mainly confined ro the cellularmembrane. （2）Endomerria carcinoma showed expression of CD44v6 in 31/48 ,c- erbB-2 in 23/48. （3）There was no relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and carcinoma-cellular grade, FIGO stage, the expression rare in case of lympth node metastasis and nor more than 1/2 of the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myomerrium was lower titan that in negative lympth node metastasis and under 1/2 of the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myomerrium,the expression rare in case of adenocarcinoma was lower than that in adenosquamous carcinoma. There was relationship between the expressions of c-erbB-2 and carcinoma-cellular grade, the expression rare in case of higher carcinoma-cellular grade was higher. There was no relationship berw＇een the expression of e-erbB-2 and FIGO stage, the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myometrium,lympth node metastasis. （4）There was no relationship of the positive expression between CD44v6 and c-erbB-2. Conclusion There is probably the relationship between the staining reaction of CD44v6, c-erbB-2 and metastasis, prognosis in endometrial carcinoma.
