内镜下微创腰椎间盘切除术由于切口小,创伤轻,出血少,能保持脊柱结构的稳定性,在严格掌握适应证的前提下,疗效优于传统的腰椎间盘髓核切除术,本文就内镜下腰椎间盘切除术的治疗进展作一综述。

Endoscopic lumbar disc excision is a minimal invasive technique with maintenance of the stability of spine, and is preferred to the conventional surgery for certain indications. The advancement of endoscopic lumbar disc excision is reviewed in this article.
