摘要
根据日本学者新山英辅关于型腔扩大机理的观点以及对球铁件凝固过程中各阶段发生的型腔扩大对收缩缺陷影响的分析,提出了一种定量处理型腔扩大的方法.生产和实验验证表明,数值模拟中用此方法处理型腔扩大,所预测的收缩缺陷与实际情况基本相符.
According to the mechanism of the mold cavity enlargement proposed by Prof. Eisuke Niyama.and the analysis of the effects of the enlargement occurring in different solidification periods on shinkage defects for the ductile iron castings, a method to quantitatively deal with the enlargement is presented in this paper. By using the method, the calculating results coincide with those of real prodution and experiment basically.
