颈动脉体瘤病人围手术期处理

The Management of the Patient with Carotid Body Tumor in Perioperative Period

目的探讨颈动脉体瘤围手术期处理方法。方法回顾性分析1983至2005年间我院10例颈动脉体瘤患者围手术期处理方法。其中8例采用1%利多卡因+0.375%布比卡因行颈神经前支阻滞,2例采用1%利多卡因+0.25%布比卡因行颈神经前支阻滞。结果10例颈动脉体瘤选择神经阻滞麻醉下手术,无严重并发症。结论较小的颈动脉体瘤选择神经阻滞麻醉行外科手术是安全的,但充分行颈动脉压迫训练是手术麻醉成功的前提。

Objective To investigate the management of the patient with carotid body tumor in per ioperation. Methods The anesthesia management about ten cases with carotid body tumor have been retrospectively studied between 1983 and 2005, eight cases administrated of anterior branch of cervical Nerve Black （N. B） with 1% Lidocaine ＋ 0. 375% Bupivacaine and two cases with 1% Lidocaine ＋0. 25% Bupivacaine. Results N. B was administrated to all cases without serious complication. Conclusion N. B was selected in the small carotid body tumor surgical Treatment is safety. The carotid compression training is the premise of successful surgical treatment and anesthesia.
