寻常型银屑病患者趋化因子受体7表达及其意义探讨

Significance and Expression of Humon Chemokine Receptor CCR7 in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨趋化因子受体家族中CC趋化因子受体7(CCR7)在寻常型银屑病患者皮损及外周血T细胞上的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化和流式细胞分析的方法分别检测23例寻常型银屑病患者皮损和外周血T细胞表面CCR7的表达。结果与正常人皮肤相比,寻常型银屑病患者皮损中CCR7表达明显增高(P<0.01);通过流式细胞分析发现患者外周血T细胞表面CCR7表达也同样高于正常对照(P<0.01)。结论寻常型银屑病患者皮损和外周血中CCR7+记忆性淋巴细胞数量及分布异常可能与疾病的炎症维持密切相关。

Objective To investigate different significance and expression of the CC chemokine receptor CCR7 of T cells from the peripheral blood or skin models in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Skin models and T cells from 23 patients and 12 heathy controls were analyzed by immunohistology and flow cytometry. Results Patients with psoriasis had a skewed distribution of T lymphocytes,with an increased level of CCR7^＋ T lymphocytes compared to that of healthy controls （P 〈 0.01 ）. By using immunohistology it was found that the expression of CCR7 was highly expressed on the infiltrating T cells in patients with pso- riasis than that of normal controls, It was also found that CCR7 was highly expressed on T cells in patients with psoriasis than that of normal controls by flow cytometry （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Our results indicate that the dysregnlation of the quantity and distribution of CCR7^＋ memory lymphocytes in patients with psoriasis vulgaris seem to persist even of a removal of large parts of the local inflammatory site. We suggest that the increase of CCR7^＋ T lymphocytes may be important for maintaining the inflammatory process in psoriasis.
