胆囊癌肝浸润的CT诊断(附25例与B超对照分析)

CT diagnosis of hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma(analysis of 25 cases,compared with B ultrasonography)

目的:探讨CT对胆囊癌肝浸润的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析25例经B超及CT检查,并经临床证实为胆囊癌肝浸润的CT表现。结果:25例胆囊癌肝浸润的病例中有21例CT作出了正确的的诊断,CT上大部分病例表现为胆囊癌肿与肝分界不清,邻近肝脏处出现不规则的低密度区,增强后不规则强化。而B超仅对其中的11例诊断准确。结论:CT对胆囊癌肝浸润的诊断有重要价值,且明显优于B超(P<0.005)。

Objective： To explore the value of CT diagnosis of hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma. Methods： CT manifestations of hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma in 25 cases examined by CT and B ultrasonography and have been proven by clinic were analysed retrospectively. Results： Of the 25 cases with hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma, 21 were diagnosed accurately by CT and ll were diagnosed accurately by B uhrasonography. There is no interface between liver and gallbladder tumour in most cases with hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma, and there is abnormal low density in the liver closed to gallbladder tumor, which has enhancement after injection of contrast medium. Conclusion： CT is valuable in diagnosing hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma, the diagnostic accuracy of CT is significantly superior to that of B uhrasonography（P〈0.005）.
