联合强脉冲光和射频治疗面部雀斑的临床研究

A clinical study: the treatment of freckles on the face by intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency

目的探讨联合强脉冲光和射频对雀斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法对150例患者进行临床研究，采取联合强脉冲光和射频治疗，每21d治疗1次，共3～5次，治疗前后观察疗效。结果150例雀斑患者经过3-5次治疗后，52例痊愈，58例显效，34例好转，6例无效，显效率为73．3％，有效率为96．0％。结论联合强脉冲光和射频对雀斑治疗疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the true efficacy and safety of the treatment of freckles by intense pulsed light and combined with radiofrequency on facial freckles. Methods One hundred sixty patients suffered from freckles were treated with intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency. All patients were treated for 3 - 5 times with interval of 21 days. The efficacy and safety were evaluated before and after treatment. Results Fifty-two patients were fully recovery, 58 patients were significant improved, 34 patients were improved and 4 patients were ineffective. The effective rate was 96.0 96 and the significant effective rate was 73.3 %. Conclusion The combinated operation is effective and safe for the treatment of facial freckles, which should be extended in the clinical therapy of freckles.
