膨体聚四氟乙烯填充驼峰鼻整复术

ePTFE augmentation for hump nose plasty

目的介绍应用膨体聚四氟乙烯填充整复驼峰鼻的方法，以减少传统手术方法的并发症。方法对12例驼峰鼻患者，在黏膜下切取鼻中隔软骨，应用ePTFE行驼峰鼻整复术，利用ePTFE假体矫正驼峰样凸起的上、下两端鼻背凹陷处，鼻中隔软骨用于鼻小柱的支撑，纠正驼峰鼻畸形，使鼻背恢复平直形态。结果术后随访1～2年，除1例术后远期感染而取出假体外，其余均获得满意效果。结论ePTFE是一种较满意的组织替代品，应用ePTFE填充整复驼峰鼻畸形，是一种有效的方法。

Objective To introduce a new method of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene （ePTFE） augmentation for hump nose plasty and to decrease the complications causing by traditional methods. Methods Entirety of septal cartilage of 12 cases were resected, the ePTFE prosthesis were sutured and placed over the dorsum of superior and inferior hump, meanwhile, To utilize parts of resected septal cartilage support nasal columella pedestal. The dorsum became flat and straight immediately afterward. Results After 1 - 2 years follow - up, all the cases were satisfactory except 1 case＇s prosthesis was taken out because of the long- term implants infection. Conclusion ePTFE augmentation for hump nose plasty is an new efficient method. The ePTFE prosthesis is one of the tissue replacement implants for rhinoplasty.
