摘要 生长抑素(SST)是一种典型的脑肠肽,广泛分布于全身及胃肠道各器官组织中,发挥广泛而重要的生理调控功能。本文就SST及其受体的结构、分布、功能及与消化系统疾病的研究现状作一综述。 As a classical brain-gut peptide, somatostatin （SST） distributes widely all over the body and gastrointestinal tract, which plays an important and extensive rule in physiological manipulation. We summarized the current investigation about SST and its receptors in its structuze, distribution and function, especially its relationship with peptic diseases.
