摘要
心房颤动的发生和维持机制复杂。目前的研究表明心房电重构和结构重构是心房颤动(AF)发生和持续的核心环节,主要包括电重构、结构重构和收缩功能重构三种形式。传统的复律、抗凝、控制心室率治疗已不足以满足患者的需要,与此相应,抗心房重构治疗代表了AF治疗的未来发展方向。目前在动物试验及临床研究中抗重构治疗已经取得了可喜的成果,本文综述了该领域研究的最新进展。
Machanism of occurrence and maintenance in atrial fibrillation is complex. It is well known that atrial remodeling which includes electrical remodeling, structural remodeling and contractile remodeling, are the central contributors to the development and self-perpetuating of atrial fibrillation. Traditional therapy including rhythm recovering, antieoagualtion, ventricular rate controling can not meet the requirement of patients. Accordingly, anti-atrial remodeling represents the therapeutic future of atrial fibrillation. At present the anti-atrial remodeling treatment has already obtained encouraging achievement in the animal experiment and the clinical research. Some recent advancements of this area is reviewed in this article.
