摘要
丙戊酸钠(VAP)诱发癫痫患儿体质量增加的原因较多,许多研究发现瘦素是其主要原因。本文从瘦素降低、瘦素抵抗、瘦素与胰岛素的双向作用这三个方面,综述了近年来国内外有关VAP诱发癫痫患儿体质量增加与瘦素影响的研究进展。
Weight gain resuhing from valproate in childhood has many factors, in which leptin is a main reason. This article reviews research progress of valproate about its weight gain and its influence on leptin from leptin decrease, leptin resistance and bilateral effects between leptin and insuline.
