冠脉支架植入术后炎症反应与支架内再狭窄 被引量:11

摘要 经皮冠脉支架植入术对血管内膜造成的机械性损伤,以及术后支架作为一种异体物质对血管壁的持续刺激导致血小板和炎症细胞聚集,释放炎症介质、趋化因子、黏附分子和生长因子,促进血管平滑肌细胞(SMC)的迁移和增殖,最终导致支架内再狭窄。本文就PCI术后炎症反应及其与支架内再狭窄的关系做一综述。
