经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影的疗效及安全性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗的疗效及安全性。方法我院138例拟行冠状动脉造影的患者随机分为经桡动脉组70例,经股动脉组68例,分别给予经桡动脉冠状动脉造影和经股动脉冠状动脉造影,对比观察两组患者的成功率、并发症、造影剂用量、手术时间及X线照射时间等。结果两组患者造影剂用量、X线照射时间、手术时间间差异均无显著性意义(P>0·05),手术成功率、并发症发生率间差异亦均无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗是安全、有效的方法。 Objective To eva.lute the safety and success rates of transradial cononary intervention. Methods The study examines the procedure for transradial approach coronary intervention in70patlents with transfemoral approach coronary intervention in 68patients, to compare the success rates of operator, complications, the operator time, fluo -roscopy time and the a mount of radio graphic contrast in two groups. Results The operator ime, fluo - roscopy timeand amount of radio graphic contrastdid not different between two groups ( P 〉 0. 05). The success rates of procedure was light lower in transradi - al group than in transradi group ( P 〈 0. 05). The complications was light lower in transradial group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The success rates of operator was light lower in transradi - al group than in transradi group. It is related to the proficiency of the operator The transradial approach coronary intervention is safe and effec -tire.
