厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)的低负荷启动研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究ABR在低负荷下的启动情况。启动负荷采用2.0kgCOD/(m3.d),在反应器稳定后将负荷逐步提高至5kgCOD/(m3.d),运行90d,ABR实现稳定启动。研究了ABR在启动过程中pH值、COD去除率、VFA及碱度的变化。试验结果表明:低负荷启动ABR过程中,随着负荷的提高,各个隔室的各项指标均呈有规律的变化。由此可知,低负荷启动ABR的方式完全可行。 The startup of ABR under low organic loading was studied. The initial organic loading was 2kg COD/(m^3·d), and increased to 5kg COD/(m^3· d) progressively after the reactor stabilized. ABR realized the stable start-up after 90 days. The changes of pH, COD removal rate, VFA and alkalinity were investigated during the ABR start-up period. The results indicate that the index of every separates room changed regularity along with the load enhancement during the startup of ABR under the low organic loading The way to start-up ABR under low organic loading is cornpletely feasible.
