基于固有的个体差异性,必须大力发展职业技术教育,才能够使相应的社会成员各得其所,各乐其业,各尽所能,并形成健全人格,实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然的和谐相处.
considering the natural differences of individuals, vocational technological education should be enhanced to enable social individuals to find opportunities of development and take these advantages to enjoy their careers. Therefore, students are encouraged to form a personality and realize a harmonious co-existence with other individuals, society at large, and nature.
