二氧化钛多孔膜的UV-Vis光谱与光催化性能研究

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)、乙醇胺(MEA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和无水乙醇为反应体系,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2溶胶并通过浸渍提拉法制得了TiO2多孔膜,用UV-Vis,XRD和AFM对制得的多孔膜进行了表征,讨论了薄膜的紫外-可见透过光谱随着薄膜层数的变化规律以及其与膜厚的关系,结果表明在本实验条件下薄膜转移得很均匀,每层膜厚度约为60nm。多孔膜的光催化测试结果表明,随着薄膜层数的增加,光催化活性也逐渐增强,10层多孔膜的光催化活性最高。 The porous TiO2 thin films were deposited on glass substrates by dip- coating solgel technique, using Ti(OBu)4, MEA, PEG, EtOH and H2O as the starting materials. The microstructure and morphology of the films were characterized by XRD, UV- Vis and AFM techniques, respectively. The effects of dip- coating cycles on the rule of UV - Vis transmittance change of films and the relationship between it and film thickness were discussed in detail. The results show that the transfer of each cycle of the film is uniformity at our experimental conditions and the average film thickness per coating cycle is about 60 nm. Finally, photo- catalytic degradation of salicylic acid over the multi- layers TiO2 porous films was investigated. The photo - catalytic activity of the films increases with the coating cycles increasing. The best photo- catalytic activity.was obtained when the film deposited with ten coating cycles.
