摘要
科技资源与国民经济发展有着密切的关系,而以其合理的配置对经济的发展起着巨大的推动作用。由于科技资源具有高增值性、长效性、涉及面的广泛性和产出的不确定性等特征,这种复杂系统的决策问题属于多因素、多层次决策问题。给出基于模糊层次分析法区域科技资源配置的综合评价模型,为区域科技资源配置提供一种科学的决策方法。
The science and technology resource has a close relationship with the development of national economy. The logical configuration of it can make a big promotion to the economy development. As the science and technology resource has the characteristic of high increment, long efficiency, comprehensive involvement, uncertainty of output, etc. The decision - making of such complicated systems belongs to the various factors and different - layers problems. This paper puts forwards the overall evaluation model of region science and technology resource configuration based on the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process as well as research examples in this regard. It provides a scientific decision - making method for the overall evaluation of the region science and technology resource configuration.
