摘要
针对民办高校在人力资源管理上需要亟待解决的问题进行研究,探讨了我国民办高校在自身管理上存在的许多不足,分析了导致这种现象的诸多因素,并就此提出了相应对策,以帮助民办高校改进人力资源管理策略,走出一条可持续发展之路。
The paper talks about the problems on management of human resources in private colleges. The author thinks that there is an urgent need to solve these problems in this kind of colleges by giving out some elements of resalting in this phenomenon. This paper will analyze and attempt to propose several feasible suggestions for the healthy sustainable development of private colleges.
