国际工程调值结算中汇率影响的教训

国际工程遵循合同至上的原则,但由于认识和习惯的限制,虽然工程合同已经得到了国际工程承包企业的足够重视,但在具体落实过程中还存在许多问题,需要更为细致的研究。国际工程大多采用调值公式进行动态结算,具体的调值公式由甲乙双方在合同中约定。在某海外工程中,由于业主在公式中加入了汇率调整系数,但在谈判中未能引起承包商的高度重视,致使在工程结算中遭受了50万$的不必要的损失,教训深刻。

Contract is paramount to all the others in international engineering. But it has no acquaintance for Chinese construction corporation. In most cases, the dynamic settlements of international engineering projects are conducted by value adjusting formula which is specifically designated in the agreement by the concerning parties. In a certain overseas project, due to the fact that the employer added the exchange rate adjusting coefficient into the formula, which didn＇t draw contractor＇s enough attention during the contract negotiation, 500 000 $ unexpected loss was made in the project settlement. It is a serious lesson that should be drawn great attention.
