摘要
利用ANSYS软件对多热源炉温度场数值计算的模拟结果,系统地分析了热源数目、炉芯间距与产率之间的关系.研究发现,炉芯间距过大或过小,产率均有一定程度的下降。对于10 000 kVA的变电系统和炉长L×炉宽B×炉高H=20 m×5 m×5 m的炉子而言,热源数目为4,对应的炉芯尺寸为H=B=0.34 m,炉芯间距d=1.0 m时,产率最高。这一结果通过工业生产得到了验证。
The temperature field of multi-heat-source furnace was simulated with the software ANSYS. Analyzed the relation among furnace core number, size and distance. Found that there are optimized arrange in groups for them. To the fixed transformation system of 10 000 kVA and the given size furnace of L × B × H = 20 m × 5 m× 5 m, the optimized core number is four and the size of furnace core is H = B = 0. 34 m with distance of 1.0 m. Above data were verified in industry scene.
