摘要
目的应用自动室壁分区运动分析技术(ASAM)及全方位超声心动图(FAM)技术评价冠心病患者室壁运动状态,并与冠状动脉造影检查作对比分析,以探讨ASMA-FAM技术在评价冠心病室壁运动状态中的应用价值。方法用ASMA-FAM技术和冠状动脉造影在同一条件下用盲法对36例临床冠心病患者进行检查,对资料进行对比研究,分析ASMA及FAM与冠状动脉造影的相关性。ASMA-FAM检查与冠状动脉造影检查分别进行,随后对两项检查资料整合对比分析研究,了解ASMA及FAM与冠状动脉造影的相关性。结果36例临床冠心病患者经ASMA及FAM检测均存在程度不同的RWMA,与正常对照组比较相差显著(P<0.01);冠状动脉造影发现与超声检测基本相对应的供血部位之血管狭小或阻塞,ASMA及FAM检测与冠状动脉造影检查对冠心病患者的诊断结果具有较好的相关性(r=0.638,P<0.01)。结论ASMA-FAM技术在评价室壁运动状态直观准确、可信度强、便捷无创,为临床诊断冠心病提供了一种新的辅助手段。
Objective To assess left ventricular wall motion state of coronary artery disease(CAD)by using automated segmental motion analysis( ASMA)and flee angle model( FAM) echocardiography compared with coronary arteriography, to explore the application value of ASMA-FAM in diagnosing the regional wall motion abnormality(RWMA). Methods Thirty-six cases with CAD were received ASMA-FAM and coronary arteriography separately in the same condition with blind method.Then we explored the data and analyzed the relationship between the two methods. Results The different degree of RWMA was detected in patients with CAD by using ASMA - FAM .There was significant different degree of RWMA between patients' group and control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The coronary arteries narrow and occlusion were founded in or closed to the region of RWMA by using coronary arteriography. A good relationship existed in the diagnose results of ASMA-FAM and coronary arteriography(r = 0.638, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion ASMA and FAM proved to be an accurate confidence and noninvasive method for diagnosing CAD.
