摘要
介绍了一建造于20世纪90年代中期的烂尾楼,由于要在其塔楼加6层标准层而采取的一系列的加固措施,包括包碳纤维、加大截面、包钢及对节点区和新旧结合层处理的各种方法的综合运用。从一定的理论和工程角度阐述了在处理复杂的加固改造工程时所遵循的原则和设计思路,可作为其他同类工程的参考。
Several strength methods for concrete structures such as CFRP, increasing section and bonding steel plates are intruced to appling in an uncompleted building which is demanded to add six storeys. And from the aspects of theoretice and engineeing, this paper also expatiates that what principle should be hold and what design way should be followed to deal with such complicated project. This project can be a reference for other similar projects.
