摘要
房地产投资具有投资金额大、回收期长等特点,本文将BP神经网络的理论应用于商品住宅的风险分析,分析了我国房地产投资风险及其变化规律,对当前房地产业开发建设有重要的现实意义。
Real estate investment has some distinguishing features： heavy invest and long recovery etc, this paper uses BP neutral network into risk analysis, analyzing our country real estate investment risk and changing disciplinarian, having important practical significance for our country exploitation.
